Pokwang plays the role of Teresa "Terry" Manlapat who was once away from her family. And she eventually entered the world of call center. She was very funny and jolly at all times. She was even ranked as one of the best agents in their firm. However, in contrast of what is happening to her, she is longing for her child. Jessy Mendiola as Regina "Reg" Manlapat, a bitter daughter of Terry (Pokwang). She is very pretty and also one of the call center agent. Their ways cross each other at the same place. They both argued many times regarding their issue and even competed against each other. Enchong Dee as Vince Sandoval—the very good-looking boss. He is this kind of person who appreciates a lot the work of Terry (Pokwang).
