Star Cinema has just released the movie trailer of their
Valentine movie offering, a romantic comedy film entitled Unofficially Yours
starring John Lloyd Cruz and Angel Locsin and is directed by Ms. Cathy Garcia
Molina. The movie is set to premier on February 2012 to over 100 theatres
nationwide.
The story is about a man who had a one night stand and
eventually fell in love with a woman who doesn’t want to fall in love. John
Lloyd Cruz plays the role of Macky Galvez who is unluckily having several
failed relationships. While Angel Locsin plays the role of Ces, a modern-day
woman who is afraid of commitments. And when their worlds collide a funny and
sexy love story began to bloom.
According to previous reports and interviews, Unofficially
Yours is a post-modern and casual take on love movie. It’ll be things we don’t
usually hear of (especially in public place) but is discuss in private place.
To be direct, Unofficially Yours movie will talk about friends with benefits, casual
dating and casual sex relationships.
Angel Locsin, who is known as one of the best heavy dramatic
actress this past years, bow plays a different role in this upcoming movie. “
Ako ditto si Ces. Very independent, ginagawa niya kung ano ang gusto niyang gawin,
kung ano nararamdaman niya”. When asked about if she was carried over to the
intimate scenes of John Lloyd and her, she said, “I trust John Lloyd and Ms.
Cathy at tsaka love scenes na yung gagawin naming aayaw pa ba ako?” and laughs.
Even her rumoured boyfriend Askal player Phil Younghusband is very happy to the
tandem.
The cast includes Tetchie Agbayani, Edgar Allan Guzman,
Edgar Mortiz, Ian De Leon, K Brosas, Boom Labrusca, Melissa Mendez, Hyubz
Azarcon, Mel Kimura, Panying, Dana Martinez, Dannielle Martinez, Patrizha
Martinez.
